Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026.

Stackr is operated by Stackr IT Solutions (DTI Business Name No. 8482781), based in Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines (“Stackr”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover this website and the services we provide to clients:

  • Stackr club platform — hosted booking, live queue, point of sale, and member portal sites for racket-sport clubs.
  • Stackr for Business — landing pages, websites, online ordering, booking, point of sale, and internal tools we build and host for other businesses.

Every client signs a written agreement before we start work. That agreement sets out the package, fees, and any terms specific to you, and if it differs from this page, the signed agreement controls. This page is a general overview of how we work.

What we provide

A fully managed, hosted service. We run the infrastructure and database, keep backups, and ship software updates. Your site carries your business name, logo, and setup. What’s included depends on the package you choose, and each package’s features are listed in your quote or agreement.

Stackr club sites run on one shared platform, with layout, core features, and theming common to every club. For Business projects are built to a written quote for your business. Anything outside your package is custom work, which we always quote and get your approval for first.

Fees and billing

Services are billed as a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription for hosting, updates, and support. Your quote and agreement set out the amounts, billing schedule, accepted payment methods, and the length of your plan, and we go through them with you before you sign. We’ll give you advance notice before any change to your pricing.

You can get a full refund of any charge, including the setup fee, if you ask within 14 days of it. See our Refund Policy.

Using the service fairly

Each plan is sized for normal use by one business or club. If your usage grows well beyond that, we’ll talk with you before anything changes. We may compress or resize uploaded images to keep sites fast, so keep your own originals.

Your data

Your business data is yours: customer and member lists, bookings, sales, and your branding. You give us permission to host, process, and back it up only to run and support your service. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data that identifies no one to operate and improve the platform. If you ever move on, we help you take an export of your records. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Payments your customers make to you

When your customers or members pay you, through GCash, bank transfer, or another channel, that money goes straight to your own account, not through us. Refunds, disputes, and confirming a payment arrived are handled between you and your customer, and we’re not responsible for third-party payment providers.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your prices, settings, and records accurate.
  • Hold the permits, licenses, and registrations your own business needs, and meet your own tax obligations.
  • Make sure your own policies and notices meet the law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, for the personal data you collect through your site.
  • Keep staff logins secure; you’re responsible for activity on your accounts.
  • Only give us logos, images, and content you have the right to use.
  • Don’t use the service for anything illegal, and don’t copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform.

Ownership

We own the Stackr platform and the software behind the sites we build, unless your agreement says otherwise. While your subscription is active, you have the right to use it for your own business. We may list your business name and logo as a client; tell us and we’ll stop.

Availability and support

We aim to keep every site available around the clock, apart from planned maintenance. Support is by email at stackr@xstlo.com and covers our software, not your devices, printers, or internet connection.

Suspension and ending the service

Either side can end the service as set out in your agreement. We may suspend a service for non-payment, illegal use, or use that threatens the security or stability of the platform.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Philippine law. If a disagreement comes up, we’ll work to resolve it with you in good faith first.
