Refund Policy

Last updated October 2026.

This policy covers what you pay Stackr: the one-time setup fee and the monthly subscription for a Stackr club site or a Stackr for Business project.

14-day refund window

If you’re not happy with Stackr, you can ask for a full refund of any charge within 14 days of that charge, whether it’s the setup fee or a monthly payment. You don’t need to give a reason.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days aren’t refundable, and we don’t refund partial months. You can still cancel as set out in your agreement, and you won’t be billed again after your service ends.

Free first month

When your plan includes a free first month, there’s nothing to refund for it. If you cancel before it ends, you won’t be charged a monthly subscription.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at stackr@xstlo.com with your business name and the charge you want refunded. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your data after a refund

A full refund also ends your service. Ask us before your site is taken down and we’ll send you an export of your records.

Payments your customers make to you

This policy doesn’t cover money your own customers or members pay you. Refunds for those are handled between you and your customer, as described in our Terms of Service.
